1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Orders under ₹999: Standard delivery fee of ₹100 applies.
  • Orders of ₹999 and above: Free Delivery across eligible delivery pin codes.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared, inspected for health, watered, and packed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • To avoid living plants being held in courier hubs over weekends, orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday may be dispatched on Monday morning.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Guwahati & Local Assam Deliveries: Typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days following dispatch.
  • North East & Rest of India: Typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days depending on regional connectivity and weather conditions.

4. Specialized Plant Packaging

Live plants require specialized packing to prevent root disruption and retain essential soil moisture:

  • Roots and soil containers are wrapped securely with breathable moisture retainers.
  • Plants are fitted into rigid, ventilated, multi-ply corrugated boxes designed to withstand orientation changes during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your consignment is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp or email confirmation containing your courier tracking number and link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
