1. General Store Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud or violation of these terms is suspected.

2. Products and Biological Variation

We strive to display plant varieties, expected fruit types, foliage patterns, and container sizes as accurately as possible.

  • Because plants are living organisms, natural variations in leaf count, height, branching structure, and seasonal flowering will occur. Product photographs are representative illustrations.
  • All plant stock is subject to seasonal availability and climate considerations. In the rare event a selected plant is out of stock or unfit for transit, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept digital payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • We reserve the right to revise catalog pricing, delivery tariffs, and discount promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellation and Transit Damage Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or phone (+91 7002132017). Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • Transit Shock vs. Damage: Live plants may show minor transit stress upon delivery (e.g., slight leaf shedding or mild drooping). This is normal; gentle watering and indirect shade generally restore vitality within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Damaged on Arrival: In the event a plant arrives broken, diseased, or severely damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs or a video clip. Valid claims will be replaced or refunded promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, text, website layouts, icons, and product descriptions displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Daffodil Nursery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any contracts entered into through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam.
